College Mentors Alumnus Runs for Support

Running 13.1 miles is quite an accomplishment.  So is raising over $800.  This past May, Kevin Roche did both.  Kevin, a Purdue University graduate and alumnus of College Mentors for Kids, completed the OneAmerica 500 Festival Mini-Marathon.  However, he not only completed the mini-marathon through the streets of downtown Indianapolis, but he did so breaking his personal best and raising money for an organization he truly believes in—College Mentors for Kids.

Kevin asked family, friends, and colleagues to sponsor and pledge him in his quest to break his personal best time while raising funds for College Mentors for Kids.  His success resulted in over $800 in donations to College Mentors while Kevin beat his time by 9 minutes.

College Mentors for Kids would like to thank Kevin for his continued support …and fast running!
